How to use PathemaRX

How do I order my prescriptions from PathemaRX?

  • You can order through the Order page OR you can contact us directly at 1.800.236.0403
  • We are also happy to contact your pharmacy or doctor to have your prescriptions
    transferred to PathemaRx.
  • Start this process by enrolling online

Can my doctor send my prescription directly to PathemaRX?

Yes, your doctor can send you’re your prescriptions electronically. Please have your doctor send them to
orders@pathemarx.com.

How do I become a PathemaRX Patient?

Shipping

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, we will cover the cost of shipping.

How does PathemaRX ship my medication/supplies?

We will ship your medication/supplies using FedEx or USPS.

How many days will it take to receive my supplies/Medication?

We ship your medications within 24 to 48 hours of processing.

Will I get all of my medication in one package?

We try to ship all of your medication together, however if one of your medications are out of stock, we will ship when it becomes available.

Can you mail medication that requires refrigeration?

Yes, we will ship those types of medications to you in an insulated package along with frozen gel pack(s) to maintain proper temperatures throughout transit.  For these types of prescriptions, we use expedited shipping via FedEx or USPS.

Delivery

Does PathemaRX ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we are able to ship your medication to P.O. boxes as long as it is not a medication that requires refrigeration.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please contact us at 1.800.236.0403 and one of our patient care specialists would be happy to assist you in canceling your order.

What should I do if my medications are damaged when they arrive?

If you have a problem with your medication, please contact us at 1.800.236.0403.  We will be happy to rectify the situation for you.

How do I find out about my order status?

You can call 1.800.236.0403 and once of our patient care representatives will be glad to assist you OR you can use the tracking number sent to you via email or text.

Will I need to be home to receive my package?

Someone will need to be home to sign for your package.

How do I know if there is a delay with my order?

You will receive tracking updates via email/text/call depending on your preferred method of contact.

Medications/Supplies

What if I need to talk to the pharmacist about my medications?

  • A Pathema pharmacist will call and offer you a consult on your medications once you have received your package.
  • You can call 1.800.200.9767 between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays from 10:00am – 1:00pm EST. We have an after-hours patient care line that can help you get your questions answered by the pharmacist.

How much will my supplies/medication cost?

Our patient support specialist can give you an idea of the cost of your medication by looking up your insurance coverage.

Are generic medications available?

Yes.  Pathema will always assist in offering competitive pricing on medications including offering generic drug options.

How much will my supplies/medication cost?

Will you notify me if I have a copay?

Yes

How do I know I have a bill?

Your pharmacist will notify you during your consult and you will receive payment method information verbally as well as in statement form when your package arrives.

How do I pay for my supplies/medication?

The billing department take payments one of 3 ways:

  • Over the phone.
  • Your secure patient portal allows for online payments.
  • You may send your payment in the form of a check.  You will receive a prepaid envelope with your statement in the mail.

We accept all major types of insurance.

Can I use prescription drug coverage with PathemaRX?

Refills

How do I refill my medication?

You may opt for automatic refills or you can call the pharmacy to renew your prescription when you are out.

What is auto refill?

If you sign up for Pathema’s Autopatic refills when you will get a reminder text/call/email from one of our patient care specialists when before your prescription is due.  You can opt out at that time is you do not need it filled.  Otherwise, we will insure your medications are ready to ship to your home and arrive on schedule.
